All purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable. Passes and memberships may not be shared.
Memberships automatically auto-renew monthly.
Membership fees will be automatically charged to your credit card or bank account.
Fore Yoga is not responsible for the safekeeping of your personal belongings.
In attending classes at Fore Yoga, you agree that neither you, your heirs, assigns or legal representatives will sue or make any other claims of any kind whatsoever against Fore Yoga or its members for any personal injury, property damage/loss, or wrongful death, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
Terms, Conditions, and Fees are subject to change without prior notification.
It is the responsibility of the student to notify teachers of any previous injury, illness, or conditions that may impact their practice.
Unpaid classes or membership payments will be back-charged.
Fore Yoga reserves the right to cancel a membership at anytime
Class schedule is subject to change without notice. Please check our website for up to the minute changes, additions, and/or cancellations.
Cash payment is not accepted for Auto-Renews and no cash is held on premises at any time.
We offer a NO COMMITMENT on All Memberships.
Memberships can not be cancelled within the first month of activation. Cancellations require a 30 day notice according to your automatic payment schedule. All sales are final for memberships payments that have been posted. No auto-payments that have already posted will be refunded for any reason, not for illness, not because you are out of town, not for any reason.
I understand my membership will be canceled if I submit my cancellation request to firstname.lastname@example.org at least 30 days prior to my next automatic payment. A representative from Fore Yoga will email me a confirmation of my request within 3 business days after the cancellation has been submitted via email. In person cancellations will not be accepted. All cancellations must be submitted in writing to email@example.com
- Arrive about 10-15 minutes before class when possible.
- Arrive on time.
- Do not eat 2 hours before class.
- Turn off all cell phones before entering.
- Try to avoid walking on other students mats.
- Please refrain from wearing any perfumes and or essential oils to class.
Q: What should I bring to class?
A: Wear comfortable workout clothes or yoga clothes. Yoga is usually done in bare feet. Bring a mat, towel, and water bottles. We will have some yoga mats available for use on site if needed.
Q: Do you have to be a member to sign up for a class?
A: Nope! We are open to everyone. No pre-registration is required, it is only an option.
Q: What are the benefits of a yoga practice?
A: The physical benefits of yoga are many. Yoga increases strength, flexibility and vitality; all systems of the body benefit from increased function. The more subtle benefits to yoga are relaxation and self-awareness. Through your yoga practice you will develop the ability to handle stress and have clearer, calmer more positive thoughts.
Q: Do I need to be flexible and strong?
A: No. It is a misunderstanding that you have to be flexible or strong to do yoga. We work on many levels including the body, the breath, the mind and the spirit in every class. You will find yourself becoming more flexible and strong as you continue to practice yoga.
