We make it easy to get to a yoga class. We bring yoga to gyms, country clubs, schools, your workplace, wineries, breweries, and any space that has…well…space! Do you suffer from aches, pains, or injuries from golf? Our Golf Yoga classes are a specific yoga sequence designed for golfers by a golfer to help relive pain, tension, or pressure in the body from playing golf. Golf Yoga is also a preventative step to take to strengthen the body and commonly used golf muscles. Add golf yoga to your country club, golf league, or golf clinic today!

Meet Our Teacher
Mary is the owner, and founder of Fore Yoga. Mary started practicing yoga at a very young age. In Mary’s class, students will receive positivity and encouragement. Her fun yet challenging flow has her students feeling empowered and fearless. Her class allows her students to connect with their mind and body through breath and movement. Ultimately, working out the body physically and mentally to prepare for a relaxing savasana.
Mary completed her 200 RYT out in Las Vegas, NV. She spent a year teaching yoga all over Las Vegas. While there she received her certification in Trauma Recovery Yoga. She taught Trauma Recovery Yoga in schools, women’s recovery centers, and in government facilities.
Her passion for yoga comes from the mental challenge yoga presents – being present. Mary loves the balancing series of yoga whether it’s on her hands or feet. She loves how yoga has helped her improve in some of her favorite activities – golf, surfing, snowboarding, and skateboarding. As a former collegiate athlete, Mary believes yoga has also helped her improve in her athletics abilities. Mary is a great teacher because she can guide her students through yoga to challenge their body and mind. Mary encourages her students to remain present in every moment in yoga and in life.
